"Off to Mood"
Channeling my inner Project Runway design diva, I visited Mood Fabric Store in NYC's Garment District during a work trip in December. I was completely overwhelmed by the selection and quality of fabrics and notions available. Fortunately, there were plenty of helpful Mood employees available to assist.
I ended up with a beautiful tweed fabric and sea blue lining for a new skirt. I made this from the same pattern as my skirts last year. Here is the end result...I finished it up over Christmas.
Another trip to Mood is in order on my trip to New York next week...what shall I buy? I think I need to branch out and work with another pattern!
